Domestic Shipping Policy

Courier

We are going to ship all our products by using J&T Cargo, Citylink or our own delivery team. Other shipping method may be applied due to different areas and the size and quantity of parcels.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Coverage area

Recently we are only able to deliver the parcel within Peninsular. Sabah and Sarawak is not available now.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
